Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the hosting services provided by IPOW Hosting ("Provider"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Services and Payments

Fees: Services are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Tri-Annual). Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension.

Renewals: Services automatically renew at the end of the billing term unless cancelled via the dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to:

• Hosting copyright-infringing material (DMCA violations).
• Distributing malware, viruses, or phishing content.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Running resource-intensive scripts that degrade server performance for other users (for Shared Hosting).

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IPOW Hosting, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We offer a 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA). If we fail to meet this guarantee in a given month, you may be eligible for a credit calculated as 5% of your monthly fee for every hour of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee.
